Parsnip Dlouhy Bily

Pastinaca sativa (Lat.) - Parsnip

A high-yielding variety with a long root, resistant to diseases. The plant has vigorous growth. Its root is conical, 25-30 cm long, sharply pointed, ochre. Flesh is compact, aromatic, creamy white with a small marble core. The variety is excellent for direct consumption as well as for processing, especially drying.
