Apium graveolens (Lat.) - Celeriac, without anthokyan

An early, high yielding variety with smooth roots without cavities and with good health (it is not sensitive to septoriosis). Its white flesh does not contain anthocyan and remains white when cooked. It has a very good storability. Suitable for drying and also for direct consumption.
