Asia vegetables

Asia vegetables is our a type of leaf vegetable (also called potherbs, green vegetables or leafy greens). It is a variant of the same species  as the common turnip. It is grown in Japan, Taiwan and Korea. For example Komatsuna is also known as Japanese Mustard Spinach and is usually stir-fried, pickled, boiled and added to soups or used fresh in salads. Leaf vegetable is an excellent source of calcium.
